He has worked in banking for all of his working life starting in the Bank of New Zealand as Senior Agribusiness Manager for five years.  From there Lyndon headed overseas and worked for National Australia Bank in Australia for five years before moving to Commerzbank AG in UK/Germany during 2004/2005 as Associate Director of Corporate and Institutional Banking.  Back in NZ he was Client Director in Institutional Banking with Rabobank for a time before securing his current position of Managing Partner in Auckland at the Bank of New Zealand.

As well as a busy working life Lyndon is actively involved in his kids sport and he still finds time to play golf, tennis and squash (in an attempt to keep his waist line in shape!)

He is married to Mel and they have three young children – Ben (6), Andre (5) and Amelia (3).
